1. Regular items
o Open Requirements, pending actions and open bug reports are reviewed.
**2. C++11 migration **
o C++11 style guide is created by the task force.
o It will be reviewed by the Steering Board and then made available to the Collaboration.
o This list shows what we think is beneficial for the Geant4 code. Other features can be used even if not in this list as long as the features are available by all Geant4-supported compilers.
o The system testing is being reconfigured. Old OS/compilers not to be supported by version 10.2 will only be used for support to 10.0 and 10.1 releases.
3. General paper
o Few things are still missing, while the rest looks good.
o Waiting for comments from collaborators.
o At the Collaboration meeting we expect to have final green light.
4. 2015 Collaboration meeting
o Registration at https://indico.fnal.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=9368
o Session agenda has been created by the program committee and endorsed.
o Program committee will communicate with potential session chairs.
5. Web migration
o A report on the web migration to Drupal-7 is made.
o Mirroring of web pages seems to be OK but needs further tests.
o Migration of tags database will require substantial work.
o Report and instruction on how to maintain pages are expected at the Collaboration meeting.

o 11th Geant4 Space Users Workshop, August 26-28, 2015 @ Hiroshima, Japan
o Registration is open
o Geant4 advanced tutorial course, October 19-21, 2015 @ MIT
o Following up of previous tutorial, but will be open for others.
o Registration will open soon.
o IEEE/NSS/MIC, October 31-November 7, 2015 @ San Diego, CA
o Several contributions from Geant4: (at least) one oral and one poster accepted
