1. Open User Requirements

• On-going update of the user requirements, based on the presentations made at the Collaboration meeting in Catania (7-11 October 2024). An overview will be given at the coming Technical Forum on March 28th.

2. Annual census

• Finalising the annual census. Decided to publish (on the main web site, together with the list of members and contributors) the overall self-declared and not audited FTE of the Collaboration, from both members and contributors, which amounts to ~36 FTE (of which ~6.5 FTE from contributors).

3. 2025 Work Plan

• Finalising the work plan for this year, which will be presented at the coming Technical Forum on March 28th.

4. Future events

• Geant4 delta assessment of the AdePT and Celeritas R&D project scheduled for 26/27 March 2025, https://indico.cern.ch/event/1507476/

• Next Technical Forum scheduled for 28 March 2025, https://indico.cern.ch/event/1517917/ , dedicated to the presentation of the plan of work for 2025.

• Geant4 Beginners Course at CERN on May 19th-23rd
